New Banksy piece spotted in Chinatown:

The property owner posted a notice that says “Can’t remove the graffiti during police investigation. Probably can erase by end of April – next week.” He didn’t seem too worried about the piece though, especially with photographers flocking to the spot. Banksy also hit the Mission.
